Business and Franchising Referrers introduce quality prospects to our team of independent professionals at Positively H.U.B. (a brand solely owned and operated by Transformation Roadtrip LLC). We help the people you refer to us achieve their dreams and wealth creation goals.

Unlike many sales organizations, Positively H.U.B. follows a code of ethics that seeks to do good—and do no harm—to everyone involved. That means you as a Business and Franchising Referrer help put people and their dreams first rather than just sell them to get yourself paid the highest commission.

Business and Franchising Referrers are independent referral partners of Positively H.U.B. They get paid a referral commission for introducing someone to Positively H.U.B. who becomes a paying client of Positively H.U.B.

Business and Franchising Referrers look for people who have dreams that require some wealth to achieve them, who are motivated, and who are coachable. The best referrals are people who also can access some capital to get into or grow their business.

However, Positively H.U.B. also works with the nonprofit Center for Collaborative Sharing, Inc. (CFCS), currently in its startup phase. CFCS's mission is to train people from disadvantaged backgrounds to become Certified Business Operators. These Certified Operators may lack the capital to buy a franchise or start their own business.

Keep your prospects in mind, especially those who might not be ready for business ownership yet, for CFCS's Certified Operators training program. Until that program is fully in place, you can refer these prospects to the Positively H.U.B. team to coach any new or "want-to-be" business owners you may know (which also earns you commission for those referrals).

Remember, as an independent Business and Franchising Referrer, your role is simply to refer high quality prospects and let the Positively H.U.B. team help the client match their wealth-building vehicle with their dreams and goals. You may not represent yourself as an employee or representative of Transformation Roadtrip LLC or Positively H.U.B.

There is no charge for becoming a Business and Franchising Referrer. The only investment is your time.

We encourage you to use prospecting methods that don't cost you any money so you can maximize your ROI (return on investment).

While in activity as a Business and Franchising Referrer, you may be able to deduct ordinary business expenses as a self-employed individual. Consult your licensed tax professional.

You may use any legitimate, ethical way to find prospects. Your warm market of friends, family and associates is your best source, along with networking events you may attend and social media.

We encourage you to use methods that don't cost you money so you can maximize your ROI (return on investment).

You'll work under the guidance of one or more Positively H.U.B. team members who are Certified Franchise Advisors (CFAs). CFAs are specially trained to assist you and your prospects in achieving your wealth creation goals through strategic business ownership and investment.

Business and Franchising Referrers can earn between 5% to 10% of the total commission available on your business referrals that become paying clients of Transformation Roadtrip LLC dba Positively H.U.B.

What percentage of the total commission the Business and Franchising Referrer receives depends on the type of client and the Business and Franchising Referrer's level of involvement in bringing that client on board.

Referral commissions are paid on an "as earned" basis, meaning that when Positively H.U.B. collects money from your referral client, your portion will be paid out to you as soon as possible. If the Positively H.U.B. client is paying in installments, you will receive your portion of each installment as it is received by Positively H.U.B.

As a Business and Franchising Referrer, you will be treated as an independent contractor and not an employee of Transformation Roadtrip LLC dba Positively H.U.B. When your earnings as a Business and Franchising Referrer meet the IRS threshold for issuing you an IRS Form 1099, Transformation Roadtrip LLC will send you one at tax time.
